SHIPPING POLICY FOR THE CONTINENTAL U.S.A.:
Orders received before 9:00 A.M. Pacific Daylight Saving Time Monday thru Friday will ship same day. Orders received on weekends and Holidays ship next business day. As soon as your order is shipped we will e-mail you the tracking number. When possible we ship U.P.S., But they will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

SHIPPING POLICY FOR P.O. BOX, HAWAII, ALASKA, CANADA and PUERTO RICO:
If your ship to address is a P.O. Box or you live in Hawaii or Alaska and you ordered a small item (like a spacer kit), We will ship it U.S.P.S. Priority mail, If you ordered a large item (like a complete kit or Add-A-Leafs) There are additional shipping cost which you will need to pay before we can ship your order. We recommend that you contact us before you make a purchase, And send us the name of your city the Zip Code and which item you are interested in, As soon as we receive the information required we will check on the shipping cost and send you an e-mail with those cost and instructions on how to pay them.

Payment is through PayPal , You do not need to be a member to use the service. And there are no additional cost to the buyer to use the service. If you do not want to use a credit card , In most cases you can use an ATM card, or e-check. e-checks take about 3 to 4 business days to clear your bank before lift is shipped.

RETURN POLICY:
No returns or refunds after 30 days. No returns or refunds on open merchandise. 25% restocking fee may apply. All sales are final after 30 days.

All lifts raise the center of gravity making the truck less stable in turns and off road. This condition increases the chance of roll over and injury or possibly death.
